Difficult Positive Argentina

The experience ended up feeling rewarding but also genuinely challenging. I didn’t end up moving forward, but I kept the impression that the process itself had been worthwhile.

At the time, we decided not to continue together, and I expected that if there were new openings later, I might get a chance to talk again. I didn’t get an offer.

I went through three rounds total. The first two were technical, and the third was a hiring manager round. The flow felt straightforward while I was doing it, and I went through every interview stage.

After the hiring manager round, though, things stalled. They told me they couldn’t make a decision right away, and then I was effectively left waiting—no further clarification, and eventually it turned into silence.
