Easy Negative Noida

My process was short and fairly standard: there was an HR screening first, then a technical round, followed by a managerial round. After I completed everything, there was an offer discussion where the compensation started lower than what I expected, but they offered less than we agreed on.

I accepted their number anyway, but what stood out was the lack of professionalism throughout the process. Even though the questions themselves sounded basic—HTML, CSS, and React.js—the communication and how they handled the offer discussion left a bad taste. I didn’t receive an offer that felt properly aligned, and the way it was handled was the bigger issue than the technical content.

Average Negative Noida

My interview started with two phone rounds, then moved into a face-to-face discussion, and eventually there was another call with the manager. After that, I spoke with HR about compensation details, and then I was asked to wait while leadership approval was pending.

What dragged the most was the delay afterward. I ended up waiting around a month, and even after that, HR didn’t seem confident about whether I would actually receive an offer letter. That uncertainty stuck with me because it made the whole effort feel pointless—why continue the process and run interviews if the decision wasn’t going to be moving toward an offer.
