I started with an initial phone/video conversation with recruiting and HR. We went over my background, why I was interested in the brand, and we talked through my salary expectations and availability. After that, I had a deeper conversation with the hiring manager where it felt more like a structured discussion of my experience and accomplishments.
The focus was very consistent around luxury customer service and how I’d handle real situations: behavioral questions tied to customer service, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, plus whether I understood the standards expected in a luxury retail setting. Overall it didn’t feel especially tricky, and I left with the impression that the company was straightforward about what they wanted to see.

Easy Positive Los Angeles, CA
My interview process felt fast and light overall. First I had an in-person conversation with the hiring manager at the store, and it was followed by a second call with HR focused more specifically on the brand.
What surprised me was how conversational it stayed—rather than getting pulled into long behavioral rabbit holes, I was asked something simple and memorable, like what collection I liked most and why. Then, for the practical part, I also went through a group activity meant to test how I’d interact with a client, and a one-on-one roleplay with a manager using a randomly assigned scenario.
