I applied through a referral and started with a short recruiter call that lasted about 30 minutes. We talked about my current role and why I wanted to switch, and then the recruiter lined up a code review round with two engineers.
In that code review, I was given a Python script and asked to add comments to it the way a real review would work. What stood out was how little I was getting back during the session—there wasn’t much feedback provided as I went. Afterward, I expected some follow-up on the communication side since the recruiter had mentioned feedback, but I didn’t really hear back. The whole vibe felt like they were hunting for “aha” moments rather than walking me through what they wanted me to improve.

I interviewed for an SDE-4 position and was genuinely surprised by how familiar the questions felt. When I got into the rounds, the same questions I’d already seen posted elsewhere showed up again.
There wasn’t any sense that the interview content was uniquely tailored to me or to my experience in a deeper way—what mattered most was that recurring set of prompts. I ended without an offer, and that mismatch between expectation and the repeated question set made the whole experience feel odd to me.

Technical Evaluation Focus
The interviews emphasize technical evaluation, including coding challenges, system design discussions, and practical engineering tasks. Candidates should expect to demonstrate their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge in a hands-on manner.
Interviews often blend technical discussions with behavioral questions, focusing on past experiences and cultural fit. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their work history, successes, and failures in a way that aligns with the company's values.
