I applied and got an interview scheduled roughly a week ahead, which made it feel like a real opening. I was even surprised by how quickly things moved. But the day before the interview, I was rejected with a generic “not a good fit” message.

That rejection didn’t feel consistent with the criteria they publicly stated. I’d already compared my resume to the job description using an ATS match and got a strong percentage match, so the abrupt cancellation made the whole thing feel inconsistent—almost like a ghost job. It was hard to shake the impression that the process wasn’t actually meant to lead to hiring.

Eu cheguei a uma etapa de entrevista em inglês, mas a experiência foi bem comprometida desde o início: a pessoa que conduzia a conversa não tinha um equipamento adequado para realizar a entrevista e, ao mesmo tempo, a outra pessoa não conseguia verbalizar nada em inglês de um jeito que desse para entender o que estava sendo dito. Com isso, eu acabei não conseguindo extrair sentido suficiente da conversa para responder como eu gostaria.

Do jeito que ficou, a etapa virou mais um problema operacional do que uma avaliação de competências. Eu saí com a impressão de que faltou preparação básica do ambiente e isso acabou prejudicando diretamente a chance de eu demonstrar meu nível na língua e na entrevista.
