Easy Positive São Paulo, São Paulo

My process started with a recruiter triage step, then I moved into a casual recruiter conversation in English where I talked through my experience, what I expected, and how I fit. That part set a relaxed tone, and I felt like the communication was handled well.

Next came a technical interview with employees where the conversation focused on my past experience, the knowledge I brought, and the technologies I’d worked with. After that, I went into a cultural interview centered on diversity and equality and how I’d respond to different workplace scenarios.

Average Negative Brazil

I went into the process after a recruiter contacted me, but it started off badly: the recruiter didn’t show up for the scheduled interview without any warning or rescheduling, and I waited about 20 minutes before it was finally moved. After that awkward start, I went through four main stages spread across roughly five hours total.

First was a pairing interview where I had 48 hours to prepare for a debugging task on an API in the stack they preferred. The technical analysis ran about an hour and a half, and the next round was a more career-focused technical interview conversation lasting around 1h20min. The final stage was an office-style discussion about social topics and inclusion, lasting about 1h30min.
