After a recruiter call, the process moved quickly into an online hacker-rank style assessment. I remember it feeling straightforward enough to get through without it being a trick test. A short while later, I had technical and manager-facing discussions, followed by an HR conversation at the end.
The technical rounds leaned heavily on core Java and the kinds of microservices experience the team expected from prior work. I was also pulled into scenario-style questions, and at one point there was even some coding included as part of the manager/technical discussion. Throughout, the tone stayed fairly practical—checking whether I could talk through decisions and connect them to what I’d done before.
