The process felt unusually smooth and low-stress. I applied and quickly got pulled into next steps, and the interview itself was simple enough that it didn’t feel like there was much room to “mess up.” I showed up wearing casual clothes and basically leaned into being myself. The questions were the kind that matched the role—availability, start timing, and basic personal details—and they made expectations pretty clear.
After the interview, the path to training was fast. I was sent through onboarding and a structured orientation, and the company’s communication was thorough—everything from what to expect to how training would run. In my case, it only took a short time before I was able to work out on the floor. They also brought up customer-service style questions and operational basics, and it felt more like a fit-and-readiness screen than an intense assessment.

Average Positive United States
My interview followed a pretty typical “get to know you” pattern, but with scenario questions mixed in. It started with standard background questions about my past experience and what I’d done that related to the job, plus questions about where I saw myself over the next few years. The interviewers also asked about how I’d handle specific customer scenarios, with a focus on how I react and what behaviors I’d bring.
There was definitely a learning-and-availability angle too. I remember being asked about comfort with learning new programs and how flexible my schedule was. Part of the process also included a short video call component, and the whole thing didn’t drag out—more like a quick check for basics and fit than a deep technical assessment.
