Average Positive India

My experience felt unusually quick and low-drama. From the time I got through the initial steps, I ended up speaking to all the key people involved, and the decision was made within a day. The whole thing moved fast enough that it didn’t feel like there were a ton of dangling stages.

What stood out most was the interview level feeling “average”—not trying to catch me off guard, and the people I met were generally easy to talk to. The focus was largely on whether my experience aligned with the Business Analyst role, with some light emphasis on being confident and calm rather than impressing anyone with complicated tricks.

After the screening, I had an aptitude round and then the process turned into a more structured two-round technical flow plus an HR conversation. The technical part was designed to test my fit for the role, and the HR round came after as a check on alignment. Even though it was more than just one chat, it still felt organized and not overly chaotic.

Overall, the timeline was about two weeks from start to finish. The experience around onboarding and working-from-home sounded smooth, which added to the feeling that things were planned on their side. The one thing that stood out as slightly rigid was that they didn’t negotiate much regarding a notice period.
