Eu esbarrei num lado bem ruim do processo: falta de retorno e até cancelamentos sem aviso. Em uma das minhas etapas, a entrevista com gestor foi cancelada sem prévio aviso e, até eu procurar, não existia retorno. Também aconteceu de eu conversar, esperar e depois simplesmente não receber resposta, como se tivessem parado de entrar em contato.

Em outra etapa, a recrutadora até parecia transparente no começo e prometeu dar feedback mesmo negativo. Só que, na prática, depois ela sumiu e fez ghosting: quando eu mandei mensagem para entender o que tinha ocorrido, fui ignorado. Teve também um cenário em que eu terminei entrevistas e não recebi feedback do processo seletivo, mesmo tendo avançado.

O meu processo seletivo acabou seguindo três etapas bem definidas: primeiro uma triagem com o RH, depois uma entrevista técnica e, por fim, um estudo de caso prático. Apesar de a empresa ser clara sobre o que existiria em cada fase, eu senti o processo bem moroso. Ficava um tempo longo entre as etapas e demorava para receber retornos.

A parte mais frustrante foi perceber que os intervalos quebravam o ritmo. Eu ficava aguardando a resposta sem saber quando a próxima fase sairia, e isso acabou impactando bastante a experiência como candidato. No fim, eu não recebi oferta e a sensação foi de que, mesmo tendo etapas claras, a condução ficou lenta demais para mim.
