I started with a recruiter-style step and then moved into an online coding assessment run through a third-party tool. It was timed and I could tell it would be more about speed and execution than trick difficulty. The actual questions weren’t extremely hard, but I didn’t have enough time, and I felt like I wasn’t moving through the tasks quickly enough.
After that coding screen, the rest of the sequence was meant to include a soft-skills portion, but my process stopped before I got there. Looking back, what surprised me most was how much the outcome hinged on pace—my preparation covered the concepts, yet the clock and the platform made it feel more stressful than the question difficulty suggested.

Difficult Neutral Seattle, WA
I ran into a more difficult, case-heavy path. After an opening technical question, I was pushed into a machine learning business case. It was genuinely the first time I’d worked through that kind of framing, so even though the prompt sounded straightforward, it took me a while to find my footing and shape a credible approach.
The later rounds were all about cases rather than isolated theory. My interviews leaned toward pressured, real-application reasoning, and in my last step I ended up in a mix that still tied behavioral and business thinking together. In terms of format, I experienced multiple consecutive technical check-ins, with one conversation style interview where it still felt like I wasn’t meeting expectations, even with support offered.
