My first step was an HR call, and after that the process turned very structured as I interviewed through the team hierarchy. Each round felt organized, and I could tell they wanted to understand how my experience translated to what the business analyst role would look like day to day.
The difficulty was mostly in a modeling exam that came during the sequence. It wasn’t easy, but it was doable if I stayed methodical and grounded in fundamentals. Aside from the modeling, the conversations leaned into my background and why I was a fit—more “tell me about your experience” than obscure technical rabbit holes.
