My interview process felt inefficient and poorly managed from the start. I ended up going far enough to reach a technical interview that went well, and then I was told there were anticipated next steps. After that, the process stalled because of internal coordination, and I was given instructions on when to follow up.
When I did follow up, I didn’t get any real updates—no closure, no meaningful response, just silence. It was hard not to read that as ghosting, especially after the technical stage went smoothly. Even outside that specific stage, the overall timeline and communication made me feel like the system was losing momentum midstream.

I kicked things off with a pretty low-key conversation after applying, and it mainly focused on my resume plus why I wanted the role. The vibe felt relaxed and conversational, and the interviewers came across as genuinely nice, more interested in understanding my background than putting me through a gauntlet. There wasn’t much about the format that felt intimidating, and the whole thing mostly read like an easy two-way discussion.
After that, I had another round that mixed behavioral questions with a technical component. For the technical part, they asked a couple of straightforward questions and then had me code through two simple programming problems. It felt more like logic and reasoning than the typical “memorize-patterns” style of coding, and I appreciated that it didn’t try to be tricky just for the sake of it.
