I went through a pretty quick hiring path. I got an email to interview and had the session within a week. The first meeting itself was short—under an hour—and I had already provided a reference to the hiring manager ahead of time. What I remember most was the speed after that; I was extended a job offer just a couple of days later.

The interview was straightforward and professional, with a mix of technical questions and behavioral talk. In one version of the process I sat with multiple managers—one person asked a handful of technical questions about past work functions and even my master’s thesis, while the others focused more on how the company operates and the culture. The tone was reasonably casual for a technical role, and I felt like I could breathe rather than being put on the spot.
