After applying, the process took about a month and ended up having three main parts. I started with a test task, then had a short screening interview that lasted around 30 minutes. The last step was a technical interview built around quick React-focused quiz-style tasks that took about an hour.

The interviews themselves were pretty friendly and polite, and the questions felt casual rather than intense. What bothered me wasn’t the people—it was the sense that the process was a little superficial. I left feeling like they weren’t asking the kinds of front-end engineering questions that would actually show whether someone could do the job day to day. I tried to request more detailed feedback after I got a negative response, but I ended up being ignored, which really colored how I viewed the whole experience.
