My experience was straightforward in terms of round structure. I started with a short casual chat with HR, then I spoke with a product manager about my background and experience, including some general technical questions. The last step was a code pair session with a senior developer.

That code pairing felt the most concrete part of the loop—more hands-on and interactive than the earlier conversations. Overall, it came across as a pretty normal engineering interview arc, with enough technical discussion to understand how I worked.

My interview ran through a sequence that felt pretty organized from the start. After an introductory step, I took a HackerRank challenge. Then there was an offline technical test, followed by a technical interview and a final interview. Feedback was quick at each stage, and overall communication felt smooth.
