My process kicked off the usual way: I got a message from a recruiter, then did a recruiter phone screening. After that, I moved into React-focused technical work, then a full-stack technical interview.

What stood out most was how the onsite was structured and how many different people I talked with. I ended up doing a panel with multiple segments: a presentation, separate frontend and full-stack conversations, a system design discussion, and a handful of behavioral questions. The interviews were scheduled to fit an onsite schedule rather than remote-only, and I ended up with a full stretch of onsite days.
