I sat for a two-part interview that was split across two sections. The first part focused on soft skills, handled by two people, and the second part shifted toward technical knowledge with another pair interviewing.
The whole thing felt more like a structured conversation than a stressful interrogation. Since the format had a clear split between behavioral and technical assessment, I knew what kind of questions to expect in each half.

After applying, I got contacted quickly by the recruiter—first an email and then a call a couple days later that turned into a prescreen interview. A day after that, I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager, and from there the process moved with surprising smoothness. The call with the hiring manager ended up being the best interview experience I’d had; it felt straightforward and comfortable from start to finish.
In another run of the process I experienced the same general cadence: a phone discussion and then additional rounds, including an HR component. The interviews were described as supportive, and that HR step included a discussion of benefits before an apology that I wasn’t selected.
