I went through a fairly standard onsite interview where the people I met felt welcoming and genuinely knowledgeable. The whole thing ran professionally and on time, which set a good tone for me. Most of what they asked centered on my past experience and what I’d put on my resume, and they were open to answering my questions as well.
It didn’t feel like they were trying to trip me up; it felt more like they were trying to map my background to what the role needed. Overall the experience came across as organized and respectful, and I left feeling like the conversation had real substance behind it—even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.

My process felt surprisingly smooth. I was asked about a specific project I’d done in college, and then the conversation shifted to whether I could implement something similar at the site. I agreed that I could, and that alignment with the job they had in mind led to me getting an offer.
I remember it as an interview that didn’t overcomplicate things—more about fit and practicality than abstract questioning. The fact that the decision seemed to come quickly after that discussion made the whole experience feel straightforward. I walked away feeling good about how directly my background translated to what they were looking for.
