Average Positive Singapore

My interview began with a straightforward self-introduction, and then the questions moved into digging into my projects from my resume. The interviewer asked about Java and general computer science fundamentals, essentially checking that my explanations matched the skills I claimed.

What I appreciated was that they left room for me to ask questions too. That made the interaction feel balanced instead of just a one-way interrogation.

Difficult Neutral Shenzhen, Guangdong

The overall process felt long, stretching across four to five rounds. It started with a phone screen where the interviewer asked knowledge that felt textbook-driven, and I had the sense they wanted more of a recitation than a discussion. Even though I explained based on my own understanding, I could tell the interviewer wasn’t satisfied with how I answered.

After that, I went into three technical interviews and then ended with an HR round. The later rounds were more technical in nature, but the first impression stuck with me: the process felt strict about matching what they expected to hear.
