My process started with an internal referral. I then had a series of conversations that moved through several regions and functions: an HR phone screen, a technical round with a solution engineer, and discussions with directors based in Singapore and business leadership based elsewhere focused on aptitude and compatibility. There were also additional general behavioral conversations with solution engineering leadership, and the loop ended with an HR discussion about salary and benefits.

Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, the overall experience felt structured and deliberate. Each conversation seemed to cover a different dimension, from technical fit to how my background aligned with what they were looking for.
