Primero me contactaron por teléfono después de enviar mi CV. Me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia y mis estudios, y luego pasé a una entrevista personal en las oficinas. Lo que noté fue lo directo del proceso: allí mismo me dijeron que me habían seleccionado, así que no sentí que me hicieran esperar ni que estuviera dando vueltas. En general fue rápido y sin rodeos.

En otra etapa del camino del proceso (por lo menos así fue para mí), empecé con una entrevista para conocerme, después validaron mis aptitudes y me hicieron una prueba de inglés. Al final me reunieron con el equipo para hablar sobre el puesto y también sobre salario. Me quedó la sensación de un filtro que iba afinando bastante pronto el encaje, hasta llevarme a una conversación más aterrizada.

A partir de ahí incluía una breve prueba técnica para validar competencias esenciales del puesto. Me dio la impresión de un proceso que quería aterrizar rápido si lo que decían que necesitaban coincidía con lo que yo aportaba.

En otra parte del mismo tipo de recorrido, el proceso me pareció directo: hice un total de tres entrevistas antes de llegar a una oferta. Primero hubo una llamada telefónica para contrastar datos de mi perfil y background, luego una entrevista con el manager del área y una final con HR. Lo bueno de este formato es que el orden era claro y el avance no se sentía caótico.
