Average Positive Bhubaneshwar

My recruiter experience stood out first because it felt welcoming and straightforward. I hadn’t been coming in from a long work history, so I appreciated that the questions felt fairly normal and accessible as a fresher, and the overall tone made it easier to stay focused.

The technical side stayed grounded too, with an emphasis on communication and building up strong Python fundamentals. I didn’t feel like I was being thrown into anything overly abstract; it was more about whether I could explain myself clearly and show I understood the basics.

Average Positive India

The process moved quickly and stayed fairly structured. After an initial coding step, I then had two back-to-back technical rounds, and finally it wrapped up with an MR and HR discussion. The whole thing finished within about a week, which surprised me because it felt like there wasn’t much slack between stages.

One detail that came with the last step was that they expected me to visit the office for the final round. That requirement changed the feeling of the process a bit—everything up to that point felt like a fast sequence, but the final stage was tied to being physically present.
