I went through a Priority Campus NQT hiring flow that felt pretty structured from start to finish. After the online assessment—aptitude, logical reasoning, email/verbal-style content, and two coding questions—I cleared the round and got shortlisted for the digital track. A couple days later, I had a technical interview that was mostly rooted in my resume and the core computer science topics I’d listed.
During the technical round, I walked through my projects and my technical skills, and then I was tested on fundamentals: a DSA question, DBMS questions, and a handful of Git commands. The interviewer also asked about basic concepts in computer networks and operating systems, and the tone stayed supportive, which made it easier to think through my answers instead of guessing. After that, the HR interview followed and lasted around ten minutes.

Average Positive Pune
I interviewed through a route that felt more role-specific than the usual basics-first flow. After an HR screening, I had a technical interview centered on DevOps and cloud topics. The questions weren’t just theoretical—they connected to how I’d worked with systems and how I understood reliability and delivery.
That was followed by a final discussion that mixed technical and managerial aspects. They asked about my project experience and went into areas like Kubernetes and AWS, plus CI/CD, security, and Python. The conversation moved quickly between concepts and examples from my background, and it ended with an HR discussion.
