Easy Positive Spain

I started with a quick intro call with talent acquisition, and then moved straight to an interview with a manager. That manager conversation felt friendly and easy to talk through, and I came away with a decent impression of how the process was being run.

The recruiter had framed it as a six-step process, which honestly caught me a bit off guard. I ended up not continuing further because the role didn’t feel like the right match for what I was looking for, not because of the interview itself. Overall it was still a positive experience, even though the stated process length was slightly unsettling at the time.

Average Positive United States

I went through a compact but structured sequence. First was a 30-minute call with the recruiter, followed by a take-home project. After that, I had a 60-minute video call with an engineer that included an algorithm question.

I then did another 30-minute video call with a second engineer, and that later call didn’t include an algorithm question. The whole path felt like it was designed to test both general engineering judgment and more targeted problem-solving without dragging on too long.
