I applied the same day the role went live and immediately got sent a short eligibility questionnaire. Once it showed I was eligible, I received a HireVue invite and ended up completing it late Friday night, around 9pm. The assessment was only five questions, but each question had two retake opportunities, so I spent that time running through my answers carefully.
By Sunday morning—zero business days later—I received a rejection email. What surprised me most was how fast it moved and how little it seemed like anyone reviewed what I recorded. It felt like the process was giving me a chance to demonstrate beyond just the resume, but then it still didn’t translate into a real conversation.
