My interview started with a recruiter phone screen, and then things moved quickly into a technical-heavy loop. I ended up with multiple rounds: a team-oriented call where there was a lot of coding, and then a final manager conversation that blended behavioral questions with a little technical follow-up.

In the technical portion, the questions leaned heavily on core software fundamentals. One round specifically covered Java fundamentals along with core libraries and concurrency, and the behavioral questions around that were formatted in a STAR style to evaluate teamwork, problem-solving, ownership, and communication from past projects. I also saw overlap with API-related topics in the overall process—there was attention on API security—plus easy-to-medium programming through a whiteboarding-style approach.
