An Account Executive at Synthesia is a strategic driver of growth, tasked with evangelizing the world's leading generative AI video creation platform. In this role, you are not just selling software; you are guiding enterprise organizations through a fundamental paradigm shift in how they communicate, train, and market. Instead of relying on traditional, costly, and slow physical video production processes involving cameras, actors, and studios, you empower businesses to generate high-quality synthetic video content in minutes directly from text.
Your primary focus is to identify, nurture, and close enterprise-level accounts by demonstrating the immense return on investment (ROI) of synthetic media. You will work closely with departments such as Learning & Development (L&D), Corporate Communications, Enablement, and Marketing to help them scale their localized video production globally. At Synthesia, the sales cycle is consultative, requiring you to deeply understand complex operational workflows and articulate how generative AI can seamlessly integrate into an enterprise's existing tech stack.
This position is highly visible and critical to the company's hyper-growth trajectory. Because generative AI is a rapidly evolving space, you must act as a trusted advisor, educating stakeholders who may be new to synthetic media. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, to ensure that enterprise clients successfully adopt the technology and realize its full strategic value.
