Symbotic Robotics Engineer Interview Experiences 2026
Real, anonymous reports from people who interviewed for Robotics Engineer at Symbotic, newest first and distilled into what to expect across the loop.
My process started off normally—an HR phone screen that went well, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. On that manager call, I quickly felt the tone wasn’t warm; the conversation was very dry and it didn’t seem like the discussion was building momentum toward a decision. I reached back out for an update shortly after, but I didn’t hear back, and eventually I received a Workday-style email that they were moving forward with other candidates.
The recruiter reached out to me first by phone, then I had a separate phone screen with a few questions focused on my projects and experience. After that, the process ramped up into a larger in-person loop where I ended up going through five rounds with five different people.
