My process started with HR and moved into manager conversations, but it quickly turned into a headache around scheduling and follow-through. I had a recruiter step first, then a manager phone call, followed by an onsite. The timeline was already rough, and at the end—right when it felt like I was finally getting to the offer discussion—I just stopped hearing anything. It was the kind of silence that makes you wonder if your notes were ever seen.

When I reached a later point in the process, I only got contacted again by email after a delay, and there still wasn’t any clear next step. Looking back, it felt like the recruiter side didn’t do the basic follow-ups or keep scheduling on track, and even when the hiring manager got in touch, it was very late—well past the agreed time. Overall, it left me feeling like the process wasn’t run professionally and that momentum evaporated without explanation.
