After the recruiter steps, my process landed on an assessment and a set of technical interviews that felt more manageable than some of the harsher stories I’d heard. The OA portion included two DSA questions at a medium level. From there, I had a debugging round where the task connected directly to skills mentioned in the role description.
In the next technical round, I was asked to explain my approach clearly while solving. I got two concrete problems: one involved finding the lowest common ancestor in a tree, and the other was graph-based where I counted steps to move from a start to an end position in a 2D matrix while accounting for obstructions. The second one was solvable with BFS, which made it feel like the interviewers wanted correct algorithm selection as much as the final answer.

Difficult Neutral Toronto, ON
My online assessment was pretty easy, with LeetCode-style easy/mid problems, and then the coding round shifted into something more specific and trickier. The live coding was a whiteboard session where I had to design a linked-list sort, and then I was asked to handle a more difficult version of the same problem with restricted memory.
That restricted-memory variation made it genuinely hard, because I had to think beyond the straightforward approach and carefully account for constraints while still presenting a clear design.
