My interview loop had a lot of stages, but it was clearly laid out. I started with a 30-minute initial recruiter screen, then moved into a longer role-and-experience call with the hiring manager that ran about 45 to 60 minutes. After that came a 60-minute coding interview, followed by a 60-minute values interview.

Then the process got more specialized: I had two separate 60-minute interviews for role focus areas, and later a 60-minute interview that centered on the impact from a previous project. Recruiting itself felt extremely prepared—each call had the details needed ahead of time, and the team was available to explain or elaborate as needed. All interviewers felt professional and ready to go, and the focus-area rounds were clearly aimed at the core skills tied to the role.
