Difficult Positive Berlin

I had a really positive experience from start to finish, largely because my HR contact was transparent and genuinely helpful. Each stage felt guided, and I never had that feeling of being left in the dark about what was coming next.

The interviews themselves were friendly, and even the technical deep dives came across more like discussions than stressful interrogations. I had ample time to ask questions along the way and learn about the culture and the kind of work at the company, rather than feeling like the conversations were only about being evaluated.
