Difficult Positive Quezon City, National Capital Region

My interview stretch felt more intense and a bit unstable. I initially found it intimidating, but the structure and delivery of questions became clearer as the process went on, and the overall flow was still fairly well explained. It was organized in multiple steps, starting with a first round over the phone and then moving into a second round that was done in person. The timeline ended up feeling relatively quick—measured in days to a couple of weeks—so I didn’t have long to recover between conversations.

The content itself leaned toward fit and depth rather than just generic introductions. I got scenarios and behavioral prompts, and I had to lean into stories from previous work rather than reciting a resume. At one point, the interview shifted into a more rigorous feel, where they wanted more explanations tied to earlier projects, not just high-level answers.

Average Negative Canada

I did a virtual round with pre-recorded questions, and the setup immediately made things feel a little awkward. I had only about 60 seconds to answer each prompt, which made it hard to find the right tone and still get my thoughts across clearly. The questions were fairly basic and experience-related.

Because the questions were prerecorded, there wasn’t any real human connection, and it was honestly difficult to show personality. I could tell they were testing how I responded under time pressure more than having a back-and-forth conversation, and the format made that feel more challenging than it needed to.
