After a recruiter call, I had a video interview that was about 45 minutes. The focus felt technical and practical right away: they asked a set of coding questions and I worked through some coding challenges during the call.
About a week later I went to an in-person round in Provo. I’d been given roughly a week to do a take-home assignment before I arrived, and during the interview they first reviewed what I submitted. After that, they gave me another coding challenge on the spot and then moved into a couple of whiteboarding questions. What stood out to me was how many of the behavioral prompts were framed like “tell me about a time when…”, which made the interview feel more story-driven than I expected. The whole in-person block lasted around two and a half hours, and overall it felt like a solid, moderately challenging loop with a lot of coding and structured questioning.

My first interview was brief and straightforward, with a technical component followed by a behavioral portion. Communication felt easy the entire time, and I remember there were three people in the room with me. Everyone was kind, and nothing about the setting felt hostile or overly tense.
In the other round I experienced, the process was even more casual: I sat down for a standard one-hour whiteboard interview. The interviewer responded quickly afterward about hiring, and the tone stayed friendly throughout. Putting those together, I walked away feeling like the company leaned on clear, simple conversations and a low-pressure technical discussion rather than putting candidates through something overly formal.
