A little later I went into an in-person interview with hiring staff and a teammate. They reviewed my details again, and the questions leaned heavily toward behavioral themes: how I handled working with others, how I managed multiple problems, and how I would qualify what a customer actually needed before pushing solutions. Availability came up, along with what I was comfortable with and what I was aiming for.
