My experience had a pattern of feeling rushed and slightly disconnected. I went through behavioral-style questions where they kept leaning heavily on their STAR framework, and it didn’t feel natural or like it was really drawing out my best communication. The interview itself had that “get through the checklist” energy.
What made it tougher was the communication afterward. I had to follow up with the recruiter multiple times just to get responses, and even then it felt like I was being stalled with generic lines instead of getting a real update. Even when I followed up again through HR after the second round, I didn’t receive meaningful updates. The timeline just kept moving without clarity, so I kept waiting for the next step that never came.

Difficult Positive United States
My interview process ended up feeling unusually smooth and respectful. The recruiter was very communicative throughout, and company values came through in how people treated me. I didn’t have any ghosting, and there was clarity in how things were handled.
I moved through a small number of rounds—three total—and I met a handful of people across those steps. I ended up speaking with five different people to learn about the role and how they worked, and each conversation felt honest and grounded instead of scripted. The discussions were real enough that I could ask questions without feeling rushed.
