After a recruiter phone screening, I moved into two technical rounds. The first technical interview felt comparatively light—mostly straightforward questions that let me get rolling. The next rounds shifted up into medium LeetCode-style problems, and that difficulty jump was pretty clear as soon as we started.
From there, the decision was made based on how I did in those LeetCode rounds. Overall the process felt like it had a standard arc: screen, then progressively harder coding interviews, then a final call. What stood out to me was how responsive the team was after—there was even a follow-up call related to a rejection, and that made the closure feel more respectful than I expected.

Average Positive New York, NY
My process started with onboarding and then moved through a set of interview steps that leaned heavily toward how I worked and how I showed up. There was a behavioral component, and I also had a take-home project to complete before an in-person behavioral session.
Across the whole sequence, it felt geared toward personality, motivation, and eagerness to learn—especially for a new-grad profile. They spent time on my resume background and how I thought about applying that experience to the role. Even though I was applying for something technical, the vibe I got was that they were really trying to understand whether I would ramp well and fit the team.
