After a recruiter call, I had a one-on-one with a senior engineer where the discussion started with my background and then shifted into live coding. The first coding prompt was a concrete algorithmic task—sorting or merging two sorted arrays into a new array. It was doable enough to get momentum, but the next question was significantly harder, and I couldn’t complete it.
The interviewers were friendly and willing to help with questions, but I still felt the gap once the difficulty spiked. There wasn’t much room to recover after that because the second problem was the decisive part of the screen for me.

The structure sounded fairly standard, with an HR call for feedback after the interviews, and eventually an offer call if things went well.
