My process started with an initial interview, then moved quickly into a technical interview. From there I had a culture-focused conversation with a team leader, and after that I reached a panel stage where the format shifted into something like emulating a kickoff—people discussed expectations and the line of questioning came with extra follow-ups around requirements and how I’d handle them.
One part of the loop that stood out was how much the early rounds centered on fitting my experience to the role. In the first screen, I was mostly grilled on my resume and background, and the interviewer was pretty relaxed. The next round leaned into case study and guesstimate-style thinking, and I remember the feeling that I really had to study the role details ahead of time rather than rely on generic answers. The later HR conversation was more conventional—questions about my overall profile, strengths, and situational style of thinking.

My interview loop felt pretty simple and not overly technical. I did four rounds total, but only a couple of them carried the “technical” label. The structure stayed consistent: two rounds that were mostly about light guesstimates and case studies, and then HR and cultural-fit style discussions.
When I say the technical side was simple, I mean it was focused on practical reasoning rather than deep problem solving. The questions leaned toward basic guesstimates and case studies, and the cultural-fit HR round was also easy—more general behavioral style questions that felt like things anyone could prepare for. A big theme was role fit through conversation: explaining my background, how I’d communicate, and how I approached different situations.
