Easy Positive Kraków

My interviews were set up in a way that felt unusually organized from the start. The recruiter kept things welcoming and comfortable during the online calls, and I didn’t feel like I was walking into a high-pressure “gotcha” environment. I was also kept informed about what came next, which made the process feel calmer than I expected.

The journey itself moved through multiple stages: first a core technical interview, then a more focused evaluation centered on data structures and algorithms, followed by a dedicated frontend assessment. After that, there was a final managerial alignment round. The only thing that threw me off was timing—there were long gaps between stages, which made the whole process drag out.

Average Positive Pittsburgh, PA

My process ended up being a long set of one-hour interviews. I went through seven rounds total, and each conversation was with a different role in the org. After a few initial calls with the recruiter, the later rounds mixed different formats—some were technical, some felt tied to sales, and some were more social in nature.

Even though the process was scheduled as consistent one-hour blocks, the amount of time and the variety of interviewers made it feel like I was presenting the same general story and skills repeatedly. The demo was the last round, which added a final pressure point right at the end.
