After that, the process moved into technical interviews with fairly “classic” formats: a Karat-style screening and then live conversations with engineers. The coding leaned on LeetCode easy-to-medium problems, and when there was extra structure, it was more about how I thought through the problem than trying to trick me. I remember doing a couple of coding rounds plus a system-design or architecture-focused discussion, where the questions were broad enough to touch on execution flow and tradeoffs rather than just one narrow algorithm.
By the time I reached the later stages, the interviews became a mix of technical depth and behavioral questions. I had a hiring-manager style conversation centered on my background and resume, plus behavioral prompts that were meant to map to character and how I worked day to day. One round included additional “language specifics” alongside general coding fundamentals, and another included questions that probed code path or execution after the main coding task. Overall, it felt well-aligned with the role, and the tone was mostly focused and on point.
