Easy Positive United Kingdom

After I applied, the process felt pretty friendly and straightforward. I went through a psychometric assessment first, then had a phone interview where they basically walked through my experience and how it connected to the role. The recruiter also took time to explain how the job worked, and I was given space to ask questions, which helped me feel less like I was guessing what they wanted.

Overall it felt more like a calm conversation than an interrogation. The questions grew from my answers, so it wasn’t just a checklist of tough prompts. Even though the day left me a bit uncomfortable at the time—mostly due to my own situation when the assessment was happening—I still felt the structure was clear and I could tell they were focusing on specific behaviours they’d talk through beforehand.

Average Negative United Kingdom

I went through what seemed like a promising early sequence, but the ending was frustrating. After an event, I completed an hour of online tests and passed. At that point I expected to be contacted to schedule an interview.

Instead, I never heard back even after following up by email a couple of times. The silence made the whole process feel unfinished, especially because everything beforehand had moved smoothly.
