Average Positive Courbevoie

My first step was an HR interview that went really well. It focused on my professional experience and my training, and the tone felt friendly and instructive rather than purely formal. After that, the process shifted into a tougher technical evaluation.

The technical part felt genuinely hard, and the “hype” around it matched what I experienced. There were different levels of tests, with DSA-style questions handled by the strongest evaluators. The aptitude section wasn’t standard multiple-choice either—it involved flowchart-style material with instructions you had to follow to reach the final result. There was also a sense that the test designers expected precise reasoning paths, so it was less about quick recall and more about staying sharp under pressure. Overall, the difficulty moved from easy in HR to difficult in the assessments, and even though I knew what I was getting into academically, the technical intensity still surprised me.

My process kicked off with a knowledge exercise I had to complete on-site with tools like Git, Java, and Spring Boot. After I finished the work, I had a debrief with a technical person who went through the results with me and gave me space to ask deeper technical questions.

Later, the flow turned into interview rounds where my background in my resume drove what we discussed. I was asked to explain myself and got technical questions tied to what I’d listed, plus basic coding questions. Some parts also leaned into situational prompts like how I’d think about short- and long-term goals and where I’d shown leadership.
