Average Positive United Kingdom

My process felt pretty straightforward from the start. I went through a screening conversation and then moved into a panel that was set up like a fairly standard sales interview journey. Even though it was “easy” in the sense that the flow made sense and the bar felt clear, I still had to treat it like real prep time.

The part that mattered most was the case study presentation and the need to make time to prepare. The panel format meant I couldn’t just answer in theory—I had to explain my thinking and deliver the pitch in a way that held up across the room. Everything moved quickly and cleanly, with no confusing detours. I ultimately didn’t get the offer, but I left feeling like the process itself was well run and that I had understood what was being tested.

Average Positive Amsterdam

I made it deep into the process, reaching the fourth stage out of five. The interviews felt pretty normal overall, and most of the questions focused on my background as an SDR—how I’d performed against targets and what my day-to-day looked like.

The tone wasn’t overly complicated or mysterious, and it was easy to understand what they were trying to confirm about my experience. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the salary level made the whole thing hard to walk away from. I felt like it was still worth continuing to pursue the role because the downside of not progressing didn’t feel as painful as the upside looked on paper.
