My process ended up being fairly short—around four interviews—with a mix of technical conversations. Three of the interviews were very technical, and the questions felt repetitive in the sense that I kept getting pulled back to similar themes instead of a wide variety of problems. I also felt like it took too long to get responses about the next round, which made the overall flow drag.

The live coding parts were a big factor for me. I went through scenarios in a screen where I had to write code, and the follow-up questions dug deeper based on what I produced. One of the coding interviewers was genuinely welcoming and clear about what they wanted, which made it easier to stay focused. Another interviewer came across as disengaged, and when questions weren’t clear, I didn’t get much help steering the conversation.
