My experience felt friendly and smooth. Interviewers were patient and qualified, and the overall process was neither extremely long nor super quick—it took about a month, with a few days between responses.

What I appreciated was how calm the interactions were. Even with delays between stages, the communication and tone stayed consistent, and the interviewing itself didn’t feel adversarial.

I started the process when a recruiter reached out about four weeks after my application and set up a phone screen. After that call, the recruiter told me the next steps would include at least six more interviews—covering a hiring manager discussion, multiple team members, and additional non-team interviews—and that there wasn’t a coding test in the mix.

The scheduling was the part that really threw me off. For one hiring-manager interview, I joined the video call and waited for about 15 minutes before anyone showed up. I emailed the recruiter, and she apologized and rescheduled for the next day. Then, even right before the rescheduled time, I got another message saying there had been a “small reorg” and the manager I was supposed to speak with was no longer in that role. The plan was to hear from the new manager to reschedule again, and that follow-up never really happened.
