I went through a fairly contained four-round process. The first step was an HR conversation, then I had two technical interviews with two different managers. For the final stage, I ended up in something closer to an informal discussion rather than a full formal interview.
Across the technical rounds, the questions centered heavily on general cloud computing concepts, and it felt very similar to what you’d expect from cloud certification-style prep. I tried to stay organized and speak through my reasoning clearly, because that’s what the rounds seemed to reward.

Average Positive Dublin, Dublin
My process started with a short recruiter call on Microsoft Teams, about 30 minutes, focused on my background and whether I seemed like a fit for a Senior Software Engineer role. It felt straightforward and warm, and the recruiter kept things moving.
After that, I went into a technical interview that dug into my prior experience, the projects I’d worked on, and the technical decisions I’d made. The next stage was system design, where I had to design a solution, do some hands-on coding and modeling, and then talk through trade-offs. The last round was an in-person behavioral interview centered on teamwork, communication, and how I handled challenges and conflicts at work.
