The coding rounds felt fairly algorithmic, and I remember how much emphasis there was on walking through my approach rather than just arriving at an answer. One question focused on deleting a node from a binary tree, and another was a more involved pagination-style problem where I ended up implementing it in Python. I also got the clear sense that the process valued how I reasoned step by step.
