J’ai commencé avec un premier appel RH, assez direct, pour cadrer le poste et voir rapidement si mon profil collait. Ensuite, j’ai enchaîné sur une visio. Le rythme s’est poursuivi avec plusieurs échanges supplémentaires : un autre entretien avec un collaborateur, puis un entretien technique. Après ça, on m’a proposé un rendez-vous sur place pour rencontrer les personnes avec lesquelles j’allais potentiellement travailler, et ça m’a donné une vraie impression de contexte et de dynamique d’équipe.
Côté ressenti, j’ai trouvé le processus structuré mais pas froid : on m’expliquait le cadre au fur et à mesure. Le volet technique m’a davantage confronté aux sujets concrets, avec des questions de niveau “pur” (sur les différences TCP/UDP, par exemple), ce qui a rendu l’évaluation plus objective. L’ensemble avait une bonne continuité entre les étapes : présentation, validation progressive, puis intégration au contexte via la partie en présence. Je n’ai pas eu d’offre à la fin, mais j’ai gardé l’impression d’un parcours cohérent.

J’ai eu deux entretiens à distance, dans un format assez simple. D’abord, un entretien téléphonique où l’objectif était de vérifier que mon profil correspondait bien aux attentes côté client et aux missions. Ensuite, il y a eu une visioconférence plus orientée “administratif”, avec moins de focus technique.
Le déroulé est resté fluide, mais la suite n’a jamais été confirmée : je n’ai pas été recontacté pour poursuivre. Même si ça s’est arrêté assez vite, j’ai compris que le premier échange servait vraiment de tri, et que le deuxième validait ensuite la cohérence du profil. Au final, il n’y a pas eu d’offre, et c’est resté un peu frustrant de ne pas avoir de retour plus clair après relance.
